1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Missouri who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of SageSews and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted starting 8/27/2025 and ending 9/20/2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

4. How to Enter

Entrants may enter by completing the official entry form available at Sweepstakes Entry Page or in person during the Twilight Stitchers Quilt Guild show, September 12 & 13, 2025.

Limit one entry per person.

5. Prize

One winner will receive free edge-to-edge longarm quilting services valued up to $125. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Disclaimer:

Prize includes quilting services for one quilt top only, regardless of size. If the total quilting cost is less than the $125 prize value, the remaining balance is not transferable, refundable, or applicable to additional projects. Should quilt top exceeds the $125 value, the winner may still redeem the prize, but will be responsible for paying the difference.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 9/21/2025. Winner will be notified via email or phone and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, a new winner may be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of SageSews, which are final. SageSews reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion.

By entering, participants agree to be added to the email newsletter list for SageSews Longarm Quilting.

SageSews is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use.
