Edge to Edge Quilting
2026 rate is $0.025 cents per square inch

For example: if you have a quilt top that is 60 inches x 80 inches, the total cost would be $120.00
60 x 80 = 4,800 inches x $0.025 = $120.00

I love small projects and am happy to quilt a group of placemats, pillow covers, or table runner with no minimum charge.
Batting
Batting is available to purchase separately. It’s competitively priced and often saves you the extra shipping cost when mailing your quilt. Or, you may provide your own quilt-shop quality batting.

I always stock Hobbs 80/20 blend, which is made in Texas. It is priced at $10 per yard or $0.28 per linear inch and is 96" wide. I also keep packages of King size.
For your quilt, I will use the necessary amount (shortest side plus an 8-inch margin) and charge accordingly.
For instance, a 60" x 80" quilt would require 68" of batting. Thus, the additional charge for Hobbs 80/20 batting would be $19.04. 68" x $0.28 = $19.04.
Backing
Backing fabric must be a minimum of 8" larger than your length AND height of quilt, so I have enough extra to load it onto my longarm machine.

I love 108" Widebacks! Using extra wide fabrics means piecing a backing is not necessary AND it is easier for me to ensure your back is super sqare with your top when finished.

I can also piece your backing together if needed for $10/seam, just designate this when you fill out the Book a Quilt form.
Glide Thread
I am thrilled to offer Glide #50 weight threads that give your quilt a stunning finish at no extra cost.
Made in USA, I stock a rainbow of colors and am happy to suggest options if you would like!
Trim Service
I am happy to do a close trim on your quilt after it is finished on the longarm, so it is ready for your binding magic when it makes its way back home!
I trim right up to the edge of your top and may square it a bit if needed.

Binding Service
Binding is my favorite part of the quilt making process! I would love to bind your quilt for you. Please provide extra fabric separate from your backing, to cut binding from. I can help you determine how much, just let me know.

$0.20 per linear inch for straight-of-grain, machine stitched binding sewn to the front and back perimiter of your quilt. this price includes the trimming, in which case if I am doing your binding, there is no extra charge for trimming.

Please inquire for bias binding.
Sales Tax & Payment
After your quilt is complete, I will invoice you via my accounting software. You may pay via invoice using ACH transfer, or credit card. If you prefer to pay in person at pick-up, I accept cash, checks, Venmo, and cards.

I really do appreciate timely payments as that enables me to mail your project(s) back to you right away.

I'm required by the State of Missouri to collect a 8.475% sales tax on your invoice.
Fabric/Materials, Batting, shipping, and any design/pantograph fees are not subject to sales tax if outside the state of Missouri.
